Belize it is.

We made a very interesting trip to Belize over the last few weeks.

We discussed our business plans with various Govt officials including the Minister of Tourism and the Mayor of San Pedro.

Positive feed back was received and in fact there has been a recent change to some relevant legislation which will benefit us immensely.


Checking out apartments to rent, golf carts for sale and offices available and so on.

Cast off .... but no destination yet!

Funny how life has its twists and turns.

Yesterday we had our first boat already bought and we owned it already......IN OUR MINDS.
However.......surprise surprise...
The owner decided he wanted it more than our money, so its back to scanning the classifieds again for the right boat.

It looks like the Fountaine Pajot 42 ft Venezia or the 43 ft Belize is perfect for our program.

Let us know if you have one for sale because we are buying!

Looks like we have left the dock!

Wow. This is a great feeling! Yesterday we received funding for 3 catamarans to add to our fleet. You know what that means ?
.
Yes exactly..... we have cut our mooring lines and we have left the dock. So now we are at the mercy of the tradewinds and the ultimate power.

We now have to finalize our purchase of the boats and put our promotion package together. This is the fun part. Have a new advertiesement in British Virgin Islands Yachting Magazine.

Search for Sailing catamarans

Well I have advertised on as many online sites as I can find to try and find good quality catamarans for our charter timeshare fleet in Central America. Lets see how it works out.

I have also sent a series of emails to brokers in the area to find out if they have sellers that could need an urgent response for their situations. I have been a boat buyer and seller so I know both sides of this fence.

When i get a decent enquiry I will post the details here.

In this site I will be keeping you upt to date with the development of our new sail timeshare program which is being developed around several 40 - 45 ft catamarans specifically designed for charter enjoyment.

We are loccated in Central America in the western Caribbean where there is huge potential for fractional ownrship of pleasure boats.

We are currently wanting to buy good quality used catamarans for this project.
